20 grams per 500 ml of water to fill twenty 100 X 15 petri dishes. Heat water to a simmer and add malt extract agar. Fully dissolve by stirring. Sterilize at 10 to 15 psi for 30 minuets. Pour in sterile conditions. Each bottle will make enough malt extract agar to fill 100 to 120 large petri dishes!
