This kit is intended for exotic mushrooms; if you are looking to grow gourmet cooking mushrooms, we suggest looking elsewhere for bagged kits.
BRF jars are designed in the exact proportions to create an ideal substrate for exotic spore germination and mycelium growth.
This kit includes six (6) premixed, sterilized/pressure-treated brown rice flour jars that are ready for inoculation

Also included are all of the materials, tools, and instructions to make your next grow the most fruitful yet. A digital hygrometer/thermometer allows you to monitor your growing conditions; pre-wires 6000k LED lights provide ideal light for mushroom growth and you will never have to worry about batteries going out;

6 BRF JARS
- (Brown Rice Flour, Vermiculite, and Spring Water) pre mixed and fully sterilized, ready for your spores
1 DIGITAL HYGROMETER/THERMOMETER
- This allows for temperature and humidity monitor to ensure your mushrooms have the ideal environment
6000k White LED Strip Lights w/ 12v Wall Adapter
- 6000k white light is the same color/temperature as sunlight, which is the best for mushroom growth; these come pre-wired for plugging in to a wall outlet, so you will never have to worry about batteries going bad
1 FRUITING CHAMBER
- 17" x 11" x 7" grow box which fits all 6 BRF cakes as well as plenty of perlite (to keep your humidity high)
1 SPRAY BOTTLE
- For misting your cakes with water when they are in the fruiting chamber
64 oz PERLITE

This will be place beneath the cakes in your grow chamber and will keep the relative humidity of the chamber high
16 oz VERMICULITE
- This will be for rolling your brf cakes in once they are fully colonized; the vermicullite serves as a water reservoir
