This product is manufactured with automotive grade urethane and has a strong industrial 3M

PSA backing for peel and stick installation (50 degrees is the minimum installation temperature and installer must follow all instructions).
New stronger industrial adhesive as of September 2020.
This patch is designed and shaped to cover the left or right spotlight hole in a vehicle windshield post with a margin of overlap.  It is ideal for vehicles that had the spotlight removed leaving the hole where the main shaft goes through the post and the two screws that hold the mount in place.  This patch has a very smooth sleek low profile appearance.
It is not intended for interior applications inside a vehicle.

Installation:
Surface temperature of the vehicle must be between 50 and 80 degrees F.  Clean all metal burrs, wax, spent residue, RTV silicone and any other foreign substances around the hole to be covered.  Carefully peel the backing off the patch and center over your hole pressing down around the outer edges only.  Try to get it in the exact spot you need the first time, the adhesive is very strong and it will damage the adhesive if pulled off during install.  Avoid "touch" type car washes for 24 hours.  Detailed instructions and final alcohol prep pad are included.

The Dodge Charger spotlight is attached to the windshield post with two threaded nut inserts.  These inserts must be drilled flush with the outer post surface before cleaning the area.
